Ongoing Support for Orphanages in Samba

In the Central African Republic, children make up a vast majority of the country's population, nearly half of Central Africans are under 14 years of age. 370,000 of these children are orphans and grow up without either one or both their parents.

The good work of local orphanages in our area is extremely important. Providing care for children who can no longer stay with their families.

HORUS Impact is supporting the orphanage of Samba in the region of Pissa on an ongoing basis. This orphanage cares for 50 children and runs a school with 300 students attending on a regular basis. Our project provides funds for teacher salaries as well as facility repairs. We also provide direct sponsorship for some of the children in the orphanage’s care.
