How we proceed

Conventional agriculture depletes soil nutrients through plowing and intensive use of chemical inputs. Poor soil quality impacts fertility, the environment, and carbon sequestering, while impoverishing local populations as they become increasingly dependent on expensive external inputs.

HORUS Impact and its localsubsidiary in CAR SIAD-CA (Société des Industries Agricoles Durable-Centrafrique) uses Regenerative Agriculture to deliver high yields, whileminimize inputs and regenerating the richness of the soil. We build self-reliance of local producers, while we increase community health and education.

Disseminating techniques: We aim to share our knowledge and practices with a wide audience, in order to promote more sustainable and productive agriculture.

Training key players: We train our suppliers, our employees and a network of farmers. We believe in their ability to become real economic players, capable of making informed choices and investing in their own future.
Our commitment

We are committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive farming ecosystem. By investing in education, training and empowerment, we are contributing to a better future for everyone involved in the food chain.

The Socio-Economic Triptych

At the heart of our approach is the company, surrounded by two essential pillars: education and training.

This structure creates a dynamic ecosystem that promotes the dissemination of our techniques, while training and supporting various key players.

The Company :

We are the linchpin of this ecosystem. Our company implements innovative and sustainable agricultural practices.

Schools :

Education is central to our approach. We work with schools to integrate specialised programmes that teach our efficient and sustainable farming methods.

The Training Centre :

Our training centre plays a crucial role. It aims to train two types of professionals: agricultural entrepreneurs and specialist technicians. This training is designed to encourage diversity and inclusion, with a particular focus on empowering women in the agricultural sector.

Our training centre is committed to providing leading strategic training for management and senior staff, covering key areas such as entrepreneurship, women's leadership and business management in the agricultural sector. We are committed to empowering our learners to excel in these vital roles, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in an ever-changing agricultural environment.
